For caregivers.

Follow a loved one's medications, appointments, and health readings in real time, from down the hall or two states away.

Do you want the best for your loved one? Are you close to burning out? Are you holding down a job while caring for an aging parent?

Let us help carry some of the load. CareDenza helps you follow medications, understand appointments and visit summaries, and keep the health log their doctor asked for, all in one place.

Follow their medications.

See which doses were taken and which were missed, without a daily phone call. Tap any medication for a plain-language explanation of what it is for.

Track what the doctor asked for.

Take heart failure. The body tends to hold on to fluid, and a medication called a diuretic helps remove it. Extra fluid raises body weight, and the diuretic lowers it. The goal is to keep your parent at their normal, or "dry," weight.

That is why doctors ask for a daily weight. A rising weight can mean more diuretic is needed. A falling weight can mean less, to avoid dehydration, light-headedness, dizziness, and falls. CareDenza logs each weight and graphs the trend, so you and their doctor can see it. Their doctor decides any change.

Bring the whole family in.

A spouse, siblings, a friend, or a home health aide can follow along too, so one person isn't carrying it all. The patient decides who has access and can remove it anytime.

Readings that record themselves.

With a Tenovi cellular scale, your parent steps on and the weight appears in the app. No pairing, no typing. You can check it from the office or the school pickup line.
