Help inside the app.

When you open Get Help in CareDenza, the app shows a short code on the screen. Share that code with a specialist and they can pull up CareDenza's built-in recording of your app screens and see exactly what you see, so you never have to explain it twice. Those recordings are made and viewed only by CareDenza. Learn more in our Privacy Policy.

Common questions.

How do I add my medications?

Tap the camera button and take a photo of your discharge paperwork. CareDenza reads it and builds your medication list for you. You can review and adjust anything before it's saved.

Why does the app remind me about a medication I already took?

Open the medication and mark it as taken so the reminder clears. If a reminder still looks wrong, call us and we'll look at it with you.

Can my family help manage my care?

Yes. CareDenza lets a caregiver you invite see your plan and help keep things on track, with your permission. You stay in control of who can see what.

Is my health information private?

Yes. Your health information is encrypted, and beyond the caregivers you invite, it is seen only by CareDenza's own team, for example, when a specialist reviews your screen recording to help you. We never sell your data. See our Trust & Security page for the full picture.

What does CareDenza cost?

CareDenza is free while in early access. Download it from the App Store or use it in your browser — and if you'd like a hand getting set up, email info@caredenza.com and we'll walk your family through it.
